MODEL : DRAGO D2 with DRAGO CONTROL control panel or MANUAL CONTROL PANEL 

Ideal in wood-burning ovens with an internal diameter from 100 cm to 160 cm. 

It is custom built to fit the height of the oven screed, in which a Ø 150 mm hole must be made where the flange with thermal steel sleeve will be inserted which will protrude approximately 2-3 cm from the cooking surface, in order to protect the burner. 

Drago D2 is equipped with safety equipment certified all over the world, it is equipped with 2 on/off gas double-sealed solenoid valves and an ignition and flame control unit that uses the ionisation principle. This system guarantees the maximum security available on the market today. 

Drago D2 has two torches. The burner can operate with low and high flame and combustion air adjustment is independent on each torch in order to obtain maximum brightness, simplifying oven management to the maximum and significantly saving fuel. 

The control panel is the NEW Drago Control. It is a very advanced control unit, designed for temperature management with reference to the technical characteristics of wood-burning ovens. The use is intuitive and simplified. It avoids burning the pizzas and, moreover, it guarantees a constant quality of the production and a fuel savings. The red display allows you to check the internal temperature of the oven at any time. The green display allows you to easily check and vary the set cooking temperature. Drago Control has the BOOSTER function for the high flame, specific for those who cook Neapolitan pizza that allows you to give the oven the flash for a set amount of time before putting it in the oven and then switching it off automatically.
