Our ovens are hand-crafted using special extremely compact refractory bricks with a high alumina content. The particular dimensions of these bricks, 120 mm thick, make it possible to create custom-made ovens that meet the needs of individual users.
Standard pizza ovens are built with: an open iron base, an iron door, a granite oven mouth shelf, a cast iron pediment, a thermometer for measuring the temperature.
