The Forni Pavesi Rimini grills characterised by a particular oxygenation system that allows for excellent heat distribution to cook using both wood or charcoal.

Technical specifications

Our ovens are hand-crafted using special extremely compact refractory bricks with a high alumina content. The particular dimensions of these bricks, 120 mm thick, make it possible to create custom-made ovens that meet the needs of individual users.

Standard pizza ovens are built with: an open iron base, an iron door, a granite oven mouth shelf, a cast iron pediment, a thermometer for measuring the temperature.

The Opening
The semicircular opening is proportioned to the oven dimensions. The standard opening has a width of 56 cm, for family pizza or baking tray, but it can be custom made.

The oven reaches the working temperature in aproximately 30 minutes...

Maintenance
The dome does not require any maintenance and as an unlimited life. The cooking surface, the part of the oven which is more subject to wear, process caused both by the use of cooking tools and by the burning wood, can be easily replaced.
